Site clearing is the step that decides whether everything after it goes smoothly. If the lot is not cleared right, with old concrete left buried, roots still in the ground or debris mixed into the soil, every trade behind you pays for it. We clear lots the way we would want ours cleared: vegetation and brush out, old slabs and footings broken out and hauled off, stumps and root balls pulled, fence lines and sheds removed, and the ground graded and compacted so it is ready for whatever comes next.

Residential demolition and concrete removal
Most residential clearing starts with concrete that has outlived its life: a cracked driveway, a patio nobody uses, a slab where a shed used to sit. We saw-cut clean edges so what stays behind looks intentional, break out what is leaving, and haul it off the same day where we can.
We also clear whole backyards for ADU builds, pool removals and landscape overhauls. Tight access is normal for us. Our SCL1000 mini track loader fits through a standard 3 ft 6 in or 4 ft side gate, so we can clear a backyard without taking out your fence to get in.
Commercial demolition and site clearing
On the commercial side we handle parking lot demolition, building pads, interior slab demo and full site prep for general contractors and property owners. We have torn out and rebuilt 15,390 square feet of asphalt parking at a healthcare facility in Anaheim, cleared and graded courtyards at a care facility in Fallbrook, and run demolition on an active rail platform in Victorville.
We are DIR-registered (#2000016629) for prevailing-wage public works and carry $1M/$2M general liability plus a $2M umbrella, so we can go straight onto a GC's site without paperwork delays.
Concrete removal and haul-off
Concrete, asphalt, brick, block, dirt, brush and general construction debris. We run our own trucks and dump trailers, so hauling is part of the job and not a line item you are chasing another company for. Clean concrete goes to recycling rather than landfill wherever the facility takes it.

Yes. M&M Concrete Inc. holds a California C-8 concrete contractor license, CSLB #1141877, and is registered with the DIR (#2000016629) for prevailing-wage public work. We carry $1M per occurrence and $2M aggregate general liability plus a $2M umbrella, and we can add your project as additional insured before we start. How much does demolition and site clearing cost in the Inland Empire?
It comes down to three things: how much material is coming out, how hard it is to get a machine to it, and how far it has to be hauled. A plain residential driveway tear-out is usually a one-day job. A parking lot or a lot clearing with structures is priced by the square foot or by the day with a machine and operator. We walk the site, give you one number in writing, and that number includes the haul-off.
Do you haul the debris away, or do I need a dumpster?
We haul it. We run our own trucks and dump trailers, so concrete, asphalt, block, dirt and brush leave with us as part of the job. You do not order a dumpster and you do not pay a second company. Clean concrete goes to a recycler rather than the landfill wherever the facility takes it.
Can you get into a tight backyard without taking down my fence?
Usually, yes. Our Kubota SCL1000 mini track loader fits through a standard 3 ft 6 in or 4 ft gate, and our Kubota U17 mini excavator is sized for the same tight side yards. Tell us the narrowest point on the path in and we will tell you upfront what it takes: sometimes nothing, sometimes a fence panel comes out for a day, sometimes a section of block wall has to be cut and rebuilt. We lay out the options and what each one costs, and you decide.
How much damage to my property should I expect during demolition?
Less than you might think, but not zero. We saw-cut clean edges so what stays behind looks intentional, run the smallest machine that can do the job, and protect lawns, plants and nearby surfaces with plywood and barriers where it matters. Where old concrete is tied into landscaping or a structure there can be some disturbance, and we will walk that with you before we start rather than surprise you after.
Do I need a permit for demolition?
It depends on the city and on what is coming out. Flatwork like a driveway, patio or walkway usually does not require one. Removing a structure, anything attached to the house, or work that touches utilities generally does. We work in San Bernardino, Riverside, Fontana, Rialto, Colton and the surrounding cities constantly, we know how each one handles it, and we will tell you upfront which category your job falls into and pull the permit if it needs one.
Can you tear down a whole house, garage or building?
