Commercial concrete demolition
Breaking out and hauling off a commercial parking area with our Bobcat T770 and hydraulic breaker, then prepping the site for its new pour.
Excavation and trenching
Footing and trench dig-outs with our mini excavators. Clean lines, compacted base, ready for inspection.
What we just wrapped up
749 SF ADU foundation
Graded and compacted the pad, trenched 138 LF of continuous footings, set the vapor barrier, rebar in the footings and wire mesh in the slab, then poured a smooth-finish structural slab with all pad footings and anchor bolts set. Framing-ready.
Generator enclosure
Full CMU generator enclosure at a live healthcare facility: 78 ft of fully grouted block wall, a 6-inch equipment slab plus an elevated pad, conduit trenching, asphalt patch-back and a new access gate.
Parking lot reconstruction
Tore out and rebuilt 15,390 SF of asphalt parking with new curb, gutter and ADA-compliant approaches at a healthcare center, working around a facility that stayed open the whole time.
Courtyard demolition and rebuild
Demolished the old courtyard, turf and asphalt parking area at a behavioral health facility, graded and compacted concrete road base, then installed the new concrete, artificial turf, a basketball court and ADA truncated domes.
Block wall
Excavated and poured the footing along a sloped side yard, then built a fully grouted CMU wall with a level top course, ready for veneer. A freestanding yard wall, not a retaining wall, so no drainage was needed.
Driveway extension and steps
Nothing torn out here: we cut the dirt down to the elevation of the new concrete, compacted the base, and poured a driveway extension with new concrete steps up to the entry, saw-cut to match the existing panels.
